Delete Account — MadSnowman
If you want to delete your game account and associated data stored in PlayFab, follow the steps below.

• What will be deleted Your PlayFab player profile for MadSnowman (player ID, stats, progress, leaderboards, cloud-saved data).
• If you used Google Sign-In, your Google account will be unlinked from the game before deletion.

We do not store payment details (no in-app purchases at this time).
Before you request
Find your PlayFab Player ID in the game:
Settings → Player ID → Copy (or check the Help/About screen).
How to request deletionYou can use either method:
A) From within the app (recommended):
Settings → Delete account → confirm.
(For Google Sign-In, we first unlink your Google account; then we schedule deletion.)
B) By email:
Send an email to kosgame213@gmail.com with the subject “MadSnowman – Delete Account” and include:

• Your PlayFab Player ID
• Your display name (nickname)
• If you used Google Sign-In: your Google account email
• The sentence: “I confirm I want to delete my MadSnowman account and data.”

Verification & safety
We may request additional confirmation to verify ownership of the account. Requests without a valid Player ID cannot be processed.
Timeline
Your request will be placed into pending deletion. Processing time is up to 30 days. During this period the account may be locked from play. You can cancel the request by contacting [your@email] before deletion is finalized.
Data we may retain
Certain minimal records (e.g., anti-fraud logs or data required by law) may be retained for a limited period and are not used to identify you further than necessary.
